Mt. Nebo Lodge 91, at Shepherdstown was chartered by the Grand Lodge of Virginia on December 11, 1811. It became dormant and another charter with the same name and number was granted December 9, 1856. It was chartered by the Grand Lodge of West Virginia under its original name and number on November 3, 1872
